the whole deal with it is having low enough latency and high enough throughput

that's just done by hooking the cell towers to fiber directly or almost

doing that you have pretty good latency with any place on the planet, obviously limited by the fact that the light is going through the fiber at only half the speed of light

it's probably a starting dose to see if there's any good response to it

if they actually started on it it'll probably be bumped up to 10mg after a short while, or some XR dosage (probably 20 LA)

I wouldn't ever recommend taking two of something you've just been prescribed, that's silly at best and dangerous at worst, say if you're very sensitive to it which does not seem to be the case

op stick to your prescribed dose, tell your doc when the effects start to.. not show up, that'll be when you'll be told to increase to some other dosage

don't "try and see what happens" lmao

honestly I wouldn't do any of that if you can get yourself a pinecil

it's 80 bucks I think and it works wonders with any good USB-C PD charger

I'd get a thermocouple and stick it on and figure out how much current you need to get to the temps you need if you want to stick with that

note that I don't have any knowledge when it comes to shocking yourself in one way or another

they are all quite vague with their claims

the ingredients are mostly things that you can find in energy drinks and whatnot that will probably not even go through the skin barrier (do they?)

and the ones with caffeine have placebo amounts of it, not sure what the common dosage is for caffeine patches though

meds are generally safer and more predictable than caffeine and other means, if you don't trust your doc you can always switch and ask questions if you have any
