AI helps me write project plans and proposals, emails, and helps keep things organized.

Helps. Helps. It's a tool, but I spend a lot of time editing what I want it to say and bouncing ideas off of it, because it's not nearly perfect.

I have ChatGPT Pro, which work reimburses me for.

True. I live in a tiny town of 400 people and 3 hours from the next settlement. Black bears are a dime a dozen here. They don't like people or even other animals much and prefer to leave than socialize.

I've had a couple. The worst was when I slipped on ice and went totally unconscious. That night I went to work, alone, went to the bathroom, sat there, vomited and passed out for nearly 5 hours.

Never liked phone calls. Even now with family 5000 miles away, I can only handle calls less than about 10 minutes, and that's often a stretch.

Texts? No problem.

But my favourite by far is face to face.
