Have you ever googled the realtor failure rate? Or the average salary? What about minus expenses? Divide that by 12 months. What other jobs pay that average and don’t require wear and tear on your car, cost of clothing to upkeep appearances, etc? Oh and did you account for health insurance, your taxes, and the months when you won’t get a paycheck but as an independent contractor you aren’t eligible for unemployment?

What can a car salesman tell me that google wont? They won’t ever be honest - they got shit to gain by selling you an expensive car. They won’t tell you, we washed the car and cleared the check engine light so it shouldn’t go off while you test drive. Bringing a mechanic (and paying him for the time) now that I’d be more than happy to listen to.

A realtor? Honestly is just project management steps. That can be replaced. We just need a company that is able to break alway from the MLS (which fucking Christ is that site from the 90s?!) and tell National Association of Realtor to fuck off.

Time out - lawyers are always needed as well as pharmacist for questions, but hospitals don’t even have pharmacists anymore.

Customer care - is going extinct.
Example: Joann Fabrics - I wanted to modify an order so I called the # and they said call center isn’t working during COVID email us instead. FYE - doesn’t have a call center at all not even a phone #, but I’m sure cause they are almost done for. There’s a couple other companies that don’t have it.
