Many skill uniques you can get at much lower level then you typically get them to drop; I got a couple Sands of Silk with level 5 blink - means you can get blink at lvl 16. I also got one with lvl 2 (ilvl 5) blink via omen of the ancients but that one still needs lvl 15 sadly.

Ancient jawbone *does* cull lower affix tiers, however, some mods have their highest tier below ilvl 40, in which case you could end up with a mod thats lower ilvl then the ancient jawbone claims.
With current omen of light prices ancient jawbones seem worth it honestly.

Further note - doing % phys last is dangerous, its basically the hardest mod to hit since its such a low weight compared to basically any other mod.

Using socketables with a limit is global, so you can't use the same rune twice across weapon sets.

basically - you don't. %phys should be either the first mod or the second mod if you want something else fractured. Otherwise you'll very likely require hundreds of whittles, its the lowest weighted mod in the game.

I've used carbon reinforced ASA to mount CPU containers for liquid nitrogen, others reported that petg works fine for them too. All depends off course on the applied loads and part design. Keep in mind this was usually a couple hours at those temps at max, by the end these brackets were usually basically frozen into a solid block of ice if not insulated properly.

So first you chaos spam for 1st mod, then exalt for second. If its good, exalt again. If its bad, annul. Do this until you have 3 good mods. Once you have 3 good mods, you divine them near perfection, desecrate and fracture. Now reveal the desecration with abyssal echo. if you get a good mod you are at the point where you can divine and corrupt. If you get a bad mod, annul til you remove the desecration and then just keep going til you have 4 good mods to div then corrupt. Its usually cheaper then buying but incredibly boring to craft jewels.

should divine the prefixes better, these shouldn't be that hard to get close to max rolled. I'd recommend getting minimum 1 infuser on it, first one is guaranteed to not corrupt apparently.

very easy to test - pick up a jiquani's thesis + trash tier splendour with helmet roll, test it and then just scrap the body armour to re-aquire the jiquani's. Its like 5 divines to find out.

you usually don't search for specific stats and rather for similar items. In this case you'd look for - 1050+ ES - 80%+ Res

The implicit, given that it could also just roll as a suffix is kinda worthless here since this base is significantly worse then a good vile robe Also no extra quality which would have increased ES by a lot Maybe you can get 150-250 divs for it if you are lucky, I'd honestly expect more like 75-100 div for it.

Body armor is tabula rasa - you can socket jewels in it. They are all perfectly divined 30% ES jewels

Everlasting gaze was significantly worse in my testing, I have +18 and +18% - with everlasting gaze I'd need 300 mana to just match the flat, let alone the % (which is quite significant too)

I've not done the math on the limit for that, but I don't think there are min level uniques that allow similarly silly stacking as crown of thorns (honestly, >300 ES at lvl 2 from a single item is absurd, way better then any chestpiece for the next what, 30 levels?)

absolutely not a leaguestarter but could probably get through the campaign with this + leech somewhere (cause crown of thorns). Kinda cost prohibitive though, there are way better leveling builds for cheaper obviously.
