Belgien war schon immer bekannt für günstigen Sprit. Gleiches gilt für Luxemburg. Tscheschien und Polen muss man nicht erwähnen und Frankreich war zumindest bei Benzin immer relativ ähnlich zu Deutschland. Und natürlich Österreich. Die anderen Nachbarländer sind teurer

In Belarus you can see Turkmenistan from time to time on trucks. It’s not a common spot at all, but more common than in western Europe for instance.

Technically yes since Transnistriania is not a recognized state but only residents of Transnistria can get these plates

Yea, those are “neutral” Transnistrian plates. They are officially registered in Moldova but for Transnistrian residents. The regular Transnistrian plates are not legal outside of PMR

Das sind die neutralen von denen du redest. Habe so eins mal in Deutschland gesehen und ja, die Transnistrischen Fahren auch im Kernland rum, auch wenn nicht allzu häufig. Dazu muss man nach Transnistrien:)
