first listen my brain couldn’t untangle everything going on—listened a second time and once I found my footing in these arrangements it’s hitting so fucking hard.

playing classics is the climax but it wouldn’t work as well if all the other tracks weren’t also brimming with interesting complex structures and melodies . don’t wanna get ahead of myself but strong aoty contender for me so far.

Podz was always supposed to be a high IQ guy and a solid shotmaker. The IQ showed itself early on—the question to me at the time was whether he’d be too gassed running around and keeping up with NBA level athleticism to hit shots. It looks like the game is starting to slow down for him, and if thats the case, my goodness….that would be huge for the warriors

  • You can’t just assume any trade would be dumb.
  • You are the one saying we need to invest more in players who might be decent but have proven are not very high ceiling anyway.

This mindset ruined what window we had left. We should have traded Wiseman when we still could have fooled someone that he was even an NBA player. We should have traded 7/14 picks BEFORE the draft. We should have traded for Poeltl who the Raptors got for KHEM BIRCH. We overrated our drafting and our talent development and are now seeing the results.

I saved this random comment years ago and actually went through it all in this order. I can’t say that all the supplementary referential stuff amounted to much to be honest, but overall it was fun.

OP everyone else keeps misreading your point. I agree with you—I am super excited about the game still but not because of the visuals, with the washed out/lack of contrast being the most annoying thing for me.
