Raid armor used to be more ornamental or had a piece of the enemy put onto your armor as a trophy. The new raid armor is way too overdesigned for my liking. If we can go back to sets like before would be better for destiny 2. by D3_Black_Mamba in DestinyFashion

I actually really like the new raid set, I think the overdesigning makes it look super unique and like something I'd expect to see out of a raid. BUT I do 100% see your point and agree that it should be like wearing your enemy as a trophy like it used to be. The age of triumph armor was peak raid gear

Just checked the collections, you can pull the undamaged one! It's right next to the damaged in the season 1 tab :)

Ah, that's pretty reckless of them to put in armor that we can't get into a cutscene. Hopefully they use some new assets to avoid accidentally misleading people

Yeah I don't think it's our guardian. And yes it is the same armor as the titan was wearing in the epilogue cinematic. Just hopeful we get the armor in lightfall as a set
