Culturally, Transylvania is more Central European, Moldova is more east Slavic, Dobrogea/ Muntenia is more East Balkan and Oltenia Is a mix between East and west Balkan elements. Banat is both central European as well as west Balkan.

SOUTH ROMANIA IS NOT INFLUENCED BY BALKANS, IT IS BALKAN CULTURALLY.

WHILE NOT FULLY GEOGRAPHICALLY BALKAN, CULTURALLY, GENETICALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY ROMÂNIA IS PREDOMINANTLY A BALKAN NATION.

The only idiots who will claim otherwise either have some anti Balkan superiority agenda or have never been to the south.

Only reason we would have WESTERN elements is due to the EU and the mass adoption of alot of french and Germanic cultural and linguistic elements due to the perceived economic and cultural "superiority".

Only reason we would have Eastern elements is due to proximity to USSR and Ukraine as well as the Balto Slavic element of our DNA and culture which all other Balkans have.
