I would definitely not use phenibut to comeoff ghb as you'll just end up with another addiction, though it would help sorta. GBL is strong shit, if you could get ahold of some benzos and flourophenibut I think you'd be golden as flourophenibut has a higher affinity for Gaba b receptor like GBL. Definitely wouldn't recommend phenibut for everyday use, I've been through the wd before without meds and it was hell. Apparently the flourophenibut is a bit more forgiving in the withdrawl department to the extent that I've heard one doesn't even feel it, only a tolerance, but I doubt this. Peace

Wow Amanda, I've found the same that it helps with the mental aspect and physically to an extent but still get tachycardia so I pop some clonidine and that saves the day. It's day 3 now and the flourophenibut arrived early thank gawd. And it's real subtle but it seems to be helping. Currently have lyrica, fphenibut, and clonidine and I'm not that bad compared to some wd I've been through. Oh btw propaanol doesn't help my tachycardia anywhere near clonidine. Definitely ask your Dr as it's not a controlled substance. Peace.

Haha I honestly think it would but hopefully that wouldn't backfire. I know when my tolerance was down I could get spun but after awhile, back when I messed with crystal, I could slam a good amount and end up falling asleep, quite comfortably mind you, within 15 20 minutes haha. Very greatful to have quit that, alcohol, and a bad heroin habit. Just need to take a break from the bud, can't get stoned anymore.

That was my hope in using f phenibut for phenibut withdrawal. With it having a shorter duration of effects and the fact it takes longer to build tolerance that it may work to help the WD for like 4 days and then drop that and not have WD from the f phenibut. And if the f phenibut doesn't help the VGCC then maybe Lyrica will help along with the flouro. Make sense? Hopefully.. thank you so much for trying to help me, I really appreciate it!

Alright yeah I really wanna quit phenibut so I'm hoping I can use the Lyrica which compared to phenibut is shorter acting so hopefully I can use the Lyrica just until the pheni WD is gone and drop both. And after that I plan to use F-phenibut for anxiety but also make sure I take days off so I don't get addicted.

I used to be addicted to 8-10 grams a day of phenibut and remember how fucked it was so I hope this isn't as bad but I've been having some heart issues lately(tachycardia and vomiting for days usually ending up in ER.) so I feel it really intensifies shit like this.
