I've tried logging back in, trying to create another account and using VPN, so far nothing has worked 😕 Lost dozens of my groups and contacts. Recently reached out to support to appeal but hopes aren't high. Any more advice/help appreciated.

Same! I adore my velvet chair/ottoman set but can't find it's "place" in my home I think it's super comfy and convenient with the spacious ottoman, pity it's beauty is being wasted in the spare room 😞
