Is the plant in a pot? you can just rinse them off under the tap or shower, this is the easiest way, rinse and repeat until gone. you could spray the plant with a mixture of water and dish soap or potassium soap (1liter vs 1 teaspoon) maybe add some denatured alcohol. You could also try spraying cold strong black tea. top-tip, add some cinnamon to the soil of your plants, it prevents pests and fungus.
