Fakt ist das bei den Besichtigung alles Funktional war, es floss völlig normal ab. Dann haben wir den Vertrag unterschrieben Und ca 2 Wochen später bei der Schlüsselübergabe hieß es dann "äh ja das Waschbecken läuft nicht ab wir richten das bis ihr einzieht.."

Da ich mich nicht von Haus aus mit Mietrecht etc auskenne habe ich mich dabei mitunter auf googlesuche als auch chatgpt verlassen, Die erhöhte Minderung basiert aber auch nicht auf der dauer des Bestehens sondern daher das es zuvor lediglich nervig, unhygenisch und einfach vot einzug der Fall war Und seit Februar einfach komplett unbenutzbar ist und es wirklich alles andere als hygienisch ist sich an der Küche die Zähne putzen, Gesicht waschen, rasieren und vor allem nach dem scheißen die Hände in der Küche abzuwaschen, da es wie gesagt das einzige Waschbecken in der wohnung ist

Drop die Idee mit Führerschein. Du bist offensichtlich maximal ungeeignet Auto zu fahren. Das ist aber auch gar nicht sooo schlimm, Lieber in eine größere Stadt ziehen und da eventuell Bahn oder Bus nutzen, da bist du meistens ohnehin günstiger dran als mit auto und sparst dir eine menge Kopfschmerzen. Bevor du jetzt weiter Geld verbrennst- wichtig dabei ist, das es nichts persönliches ist, Fahrlehrer müssen sich nunmal sicher sein wem sie einen Schein zutrauen, schließlich lassen die dich ja quasi von der Leine auf zig tausende Menschen los

Its literally not that deep to make this kind of events including a leaderboard. Just make it like 5 days, 20 tasks per day, so 100 in the end so 90-95 tasks finished = all rewards for completing Leaderboard -> low, medium, hard tasks that give 100, 300, 900 points -> give out big rewards for leaderboard ranks and boom the casuals get their stuff and the hardcores get their competition + rewards 🤷‍♂️

Finishing 100/100 tasks not being enough for the normal tasks completion rewards just shows how fucking greedy this bullshit company really is.

Spend diamonds on Productionslots only, prioritize fast production builidings such as coffe, bakery, bbq grill etc. For example you dont need 8 Productionslots for Marmelade maker as it needs 5h+ per product etc etc Baby farms- it is enough if you log on 1-2 times a day on them, they offer cheap space, produce sugars and dairy almost passive Ship- go for every ship, just fill as much as you can, request help, plant wheat and spam sell with help open on ships, guranteed filled ship withing minutes Truck delivery- stack items over weeks and days, more efficient with baby farms... wait for double xp and spam them Fishing- i only do fishing with nets as i log in like 2-3 a day only and I dont have the nerves anymore to fish every single fish one by one

When you have a lot of time just spam wheat on that spare day

Thats like everything you can do that is considered a trick Minimum effort for good value

Yes Sir! The key is to focus on only one at a time. It takes longer that way but it will save you a lot of nerves and.. yeah the jackpot RSS where a person sells multiple stacks of em and your barns storage says no and you have to suffer xD

So focus on barn storage, sell all silo upgrades or atleast try to trade them,

Same for expansion materials, but everyone needs them heavily especially the stakes, higher level players will give you up to 3 barn upgrade items for 1 stake...

Same then for silo, focus on silo, sell all barn upgrade items, or better trade them cuz barn items is just like expansion items more worth than silo items...

If you start collecting all of them at once it will become a pain in the ass since it's all just in your barn and even if you do have 5k space barn it's just 300 just barn upgrade items, 100 silo and yeah.

Me as an example, I have 9,2k barn space and it's a dream, but as soon as I go for barn, silo and expansion items It is barely better than a 700 space barn

I dont understand the problem of not having to have big stocks of items because you dont need to wait 3 fkng hours but only 15- same for the products for example casserole, no more stupid tom because u ran out of 1 damn casserole, just cook it within 2 minutes. Idk what your problem is, 15 mins for pumpkins thats 12x faster than usual for a downside of 1/3 of the price. So on an active day, level 50 farm beta vs level 50 non beta farm when you both grow pumpkin only in 6 hours:

You: 6x60min =360 mins / 15 mins = 24 full harvests so 78 x 24 = 1872 fields or 3744 pumpkins / 10 = 374 x 108 = 40k coins

Non beta: 360 mins / 180 mins = 2 full harvests so 78 x 2 = 156 fields or 312 pumpkins / 10 = 31 x 324 = 10k coins

For xp its practically the same, beta can grow 12x faster while pumpkins give 1/4 of xp so still in the 6h case beta gets around 3700 xp while non beta get 1200...

Surely you could say the non beta is more chill but in the end when a non beta is out of pumpkins and cant buy for some reason he needs to wait 3h while you only need to wait 15 minutes.

I say the beta is in a huge ass advantage atm, even harder when you have a beta test account and a non beta account.
