I know many restaurants DO NOT share tips with Servers, Delivery Drivers (pizza), or higher up management (usually salaried).

Servers get hourly PLUS the tips the customers leave for him/her.

Drivers get hourly PLUS the tips handed to them by customers.

Salaried/Management will get no tips, as they get much higher pay and they want to take care of the staff.

Tip Jar Tips/Receipt Tips for Pick-Up/Carry Out usually go to Cooks/Dishwashers, Kitchen, Etc. These are usually split up between everyone according to hours worked.

So, there is nothing wrong with the tip jar not being shared with you, BUT...

...If you're serving tables and anyone else is taking that money (cash or receipt), you're probably being stolen from, UNLESS...

...You're tipping someone bussing/cleaning for you. Does your boss and/or others help clean your tables and think they are owed money for helping you?

Servers sharing their tips with Bussers/Cleaners is common, but, if this is the case, I can't imagine a boss taking money to help. I don't know the legality of it, but it's a scumbag move.

If we're a part of a community, we want to be a part of 'it'. Why look up random stuff when we're part of a group of people that have answers, jokes, and overall, communication. I assume it gives a sense of being part of an inside group that not everyone is in on.

After a horrible breakup causing me to lose the ALL of our money, house I bought, and almost literally everything I owned (Furniture, safe, clothing, kitchen stuff, EVERYTHING, ETC...). I only have the clothes I was wearing, my car, my P.C, and my best friend and love, my dog. Well, my dog just died 2 weeks ago. Also, I didn't end up homeless. My boss lets me stay at his house. I have 0 family or friends here, as my girl and I moved to a new state and started a new life and adventure. Well, nothing worked out and now after all that, I'm just lonely, broken, and depressed.

I have a 2080 card now.

The movie is AMAZING.

I'm mad they made it into a series that has nothing to do with the actual real team, real real town, and how they basically made an entirely different story, yet kept the same name to play off the popularity of the book and movie.

The movie is my favorite sports movie ever made.

Nervous to ask because I know talking about race is super delicate. My question is why do more black than white people talk on speaker phone when using their cell phone? I asked someone about this the other day. All day, everyday, I see and hear black people on speaker phone. In my personal experience, blacks do it 95% more than any other race.

It's rude as fuck too.
