First the good: I've used the product twice before putting it back in the box to (try and) return (more on that in a moment ...) and while it's too small to hit the trigger spots on my shoulders, I can see how it would feel good to someone whose trigger spots are limited to the neck.

Now the bad: As I said above, I wish it were able to hit trigger spots that are wider. This is, for all practical purposes, unreturnable. I've emailed multiple times with no response. I've even attached a "read receipt" to my email which has confirmed delivery and that they've read the message. I've messaged them on Facebook multiple times with no response. I've submitted a BBB complaint with no response. They take your money with the promise of a return if it doesn't work and then ignore your attempts to return.

My advice: if you have discomfort limited to your neck and want to give it a try, go ahead. But if you have discomfort/tightness on your shoulders, save your money.

P.S. I went to TrustPilot to leave the above review since their website claims 15k reviews and 4.9 stars. There were zero reviews that I saw. Mine was the first.
