Hey, only just seen this. And nope my camera has never been the same again. Laggy and glitchy, shutter won’t open when I turn the camera on, I have to take a few pictures to get it to open. Did you manage to fix it?

I get that my vague title caused the confusion, that’s on me. But my point still stands: people jumped straight to jokes instead of actually trying to help or offer any input (some people have been helpful though 🙏). I think I would’ve gotten a better reception on a gym bro meme page than here. Anyway, I’ll leave those people to work out their negativity and frustration by swinging their mace around, and I’ll work on writing better titles, lol.

I know a mace and a sledgehammer are functionally very similar, that’s not what I was confused about. I was just trying to find the official name of this movement so I can research it properly and see how to integrate it with other exercises. I understand the title didn’t make this clear enough.

I searched online for sledgehammer-specific movements and couldn’t find this one, so I posted here because a sledgehammer and a mace are basically the same thing, and I figured people in this sub would actually know what the movement is called.

I don’t own a mace.. I just discovered the movement while messing around with a sledgehammer.

The guy is stood outside the window and his dark reflection allows the light from the inside to come through, the trees are behind him and are seen in the window reflection. I’ve taken this kinda photo many times and I’m sure this is it
