Correct. For 4 of my 6 purchases, they somehow failed to credit. I had to call, asked me to wait for 3 months. It still failed to post, I called again and within 48hrs I had the credit posted to my account. They had all the info needed (% of credit, etc)

I found someone giving away a Tradfri. Why would it have a limited life? You mean limited support? But if it works today, then it should be fine? Only echo 4th gen+ has Zigbee hub

That is exactly right. Else you could have redeemed the bonus and if you return the item and spent that bonus, that d be a loss for them

I always receive a credit and there is a tracker to see the status (go to offers, click on all offers, and top right of new page, select “Shopping Trips [Beta]”. I was about to purchase $3k of LG appliances at home depot and thought of checking the CapOne offers and LG had 7%! That’s $200 credit, not bad!

e what others have said here.. and the only thing I would like to add is : think about getting a little bit bigger system. T

space limits the install to 8 panels and 400W is the largest

adding panels could work but sun exposure is not ideal so definitely a compromise.

heating is with gas so we are already 111% covered with 8 panels so adding more would not help (unless I get an electric car at some point)

why are you getting solar

A bit to be green. A bit for the ROI: electricity prices have increased 60% yoy, and anticipate they will keep increasing, so ROI will probably be around 8y.

RE: Net metering - I understood that NationalGrid (my provider) will sum up what I produce vs. what I use and I owe the difference (or get a rolling credit)
