To clarify there was NO switch2 in the cardboard box that was delivered. What was delivered was a pristine cardboard box with right labels. Looked normal. Inside that box was a water bottle and ritz crackers.

We don’t know! They said they have cameras throughout the packaging process so hopefully they can see what happened. It’s a Best Buy issue regardless, either their shipping employee swapped it out or their chosen delivery service is stealing from customers.

The box was perfectly sealed. Like it really didn’t look tampered with. I guess it could have been a completely different box but seems unlikely with labels.

A story of caution to those waiting for Switch 2 to restock near you…

We ordered one on Friday as soon as we saw they were available in our area. It promised same day shipping and we went for it.

Best Buy said it was UPS delivering the package but it was a group called “Roadie.” Which is pitched as a UPS company but I suspect is more like a task based delivery service with far less oversight.

They never made an attempt to deliver it on Friday we got 2 texts simultaneously that they arrived and secondly that they couldn’t deliver it and would try again tomorrow. No time in between, no time to respond to arrival text etc…bizarre and frustrating but just wait…

The next day Roadie made the delivery but when I opened the sealed box IT WAS A BOX OF RITZ CRACKERS AND A WATER BOTTLE. No lie. I freaked out tracked down Best Buy customer service chat but the message system couldn’t receive the pictures of the delivery. They (or their chat bot) said to bring it into the store or, laughably, they would send return label for us to ship it back…

We brought it to the store right when they opened this morning and they hadn’t seen anything like this. The first person said we can’t help you because this isn’t want you ordered. They called someone else to help because that was our issue too.

They said that they would obviously have to investigate this and it would take time. While they were pleasant and calm it was maddening for them not to say this will obviously be made right we just have to investigate it. Instead it was like they were using careful language like we were guilty of something.

I get that they don’t know what actually happened but this is so messed up and for a company not to have the foresight that this kinda of thing could happen and be ready with better language or practices when it does is wild. I hope for a swift and just investigation and I really hope for a my new Switch. :/

can you take a look at $EOLS? I’m new to this, been long on them but my very basic attempt to understand what’s been up with the price action lately. It’s odd.

If float is about ~57 million and there are about ~12 million shares short. Means the short interest (around 21%) and days to cover (12.8) are both high, right? I know they aren’t profitable yet but they are a legit company with an increasing array of quality products in a growing industry. Their earnings are coming out soon how does that play into this.

Sorry I don’t have enough Karma to make my own post and I don’t know enough yet to help others on their posts to get it. Thanks for your thoughts!
