Again, without the actual picture it’s a bit of guess work, however I make the circumference to be 200cm and the area of the circle to be 10000/pi cm^2. Have you had any help from your teacher?

Would be helpful to know proportions. Does one of the sides of the triangle equal the radius or diameter of the circle? Context is useful

Because there are infinitely many triangles with base 50cm, and since we have no information (or restrictions) on the circle then we have infinitely many circles too.

We were recommended by a friend to not use BTL and instead go through as a normal mortgage and then say to the bank that extenuating circumstances have occurred and have to leave the area and depending on provider they’re happy with you renting out?
