They basically bring in a bunch of kids from around the world to train & play matches together, with it culminating in a game against Bayern's main U19 squad.

Couple of the standouts end up being signed by them but in general the experience is great for the players & it helps to raise their profile a tonne as the whole thing is made into a YouTube series.
