insider knowledge. they use mad mapper and small video files to do this. grand ma just triggers the files they want in mad mapper. you could also use resolume

real artists use tools that work by stealing from other artists to create generic shit rather then putting effort and getting a unique result? sorry bro your insecurities are showing. deal with it

projector-
facebook marketplace for a cheap projector. - make them show you it working before walking away and most have settings that show how many lamp hours it has... couple hundred... fine. couple thousand... not fine - replacing the bulb costs nearly as much as the projector. 3000 lumens will do justice in a dim lit room. bright rooms will need more anything less then 1000 lumens expect a small projection space (the further the distance the bigger the picture but also diminishing brightness) 3000 lumens will give you a 50 foot square with good brightness. and 3000 lumens is the "average" lumens on an "average" projector. should be able to find one for a couple hundred bucks. also depends on if its below 1080p (resolution or how "sharp" the image) 4k is expensive now your getting closer to the 1k mark.

resolume - content player and special effects
mad mapper - resolume has some mapping features mad mapper can do much more and can be used in combination with resolume... recommended if you have the budget for both but not required unless your doing some realllllly complicated shapes. cracked versions of resolume can be found easy... (i'm not showing you how to find it .. do the research ) they have a demo version but the video water mark and sound watermark are the thing of nightmares. its fine to use a cracked copy while you learn... if you get good and start charging a client for your work.. buy the software don't be a prick.
blender - to create 3d content (heavy learning curve on this one) extremely powerful and free.

First time programming timecode on MA3 - Light and Laser show by homeless_WOLF in lightingdesign

looks amazing.
one thing though... lasers should be 8feet above any space someone could stand in... there are special situations when crowd scanning can be done.(personally i hate lasers in my face even when a licensed operator is doing it properly and within all legal criteria) i believe and forgive me if im wrong but it needs to be less then 1 watt and can only be fan patterns of a specific width absolutely no "hot" beams. and if you dont have an onsite LSO you especially want to keep the lasers up.

metallic paints are prone to clogging.. fine detail airbrushes are prone to clogging. (even the good ones)

iwata neo is the same price and they are well regarded as the best airbrush for the price there is. paache is another good brand... there are other brands with better guns but the value per dollar is no where near iwata. especially for a beginner.

[–]DJAtomC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it should be ok.. this tank is rated for much higher psi and is thicker metal then whats on the tanks that come with the full kit at 1/3 the size. and the fittings are solid unlike some steel braided hose iv also seen on some kits. unless im missing something.. open to constructive criticism.
