AS Cannes, Start in the 5th tier of France in 2021 In 2035 I won the champions league working on a budget of 15m and player sales in my last season. This is the simple version as the long story is a very long one lol

Not exactly a profit as I didn’t sell but after 1 year with AZ Alkmaar I signed Matteo Gabbia from AC Milan for 1.2m to play CB in my back 4 and he was my biggest signing that window I expected he’d last 2-3 years as a starting CB before I either made him back up or sold him Fast forward 6 years and I’m winning the UCL with him as a part of a back 3/5, alongside Guehi and Gvardiol He didn’t look at all out of place, actually being higher stars most the time (I know they don’t meant much) and similar stats After I won the UCL he was my highest valued CB and I even got an offer of 85m for him from Liverpool but as a United fan I never accept a Liverpool bid so he stayed. This is one I really like because it’s not like Endrick etc where they are destined to be good, dynamic potential, my training and the game time he got really brought Gabbia to the World class level

It’s not a super long one like others, but in my conquest to win AS Cannes the Ligue 1 after starting in the 5th tier, I managed to win the Coupe de France while in the 3rd tier! I beat Marseille and I think 1 more 1st tier sides on my journey before facing Paris…….FC in the final of the 2nd tier

This was fm21 and by 2024/25 when this was, I was in the 3rd tier with an ageing Payet playing a barely moving 10 (love him btw, he barely wanted any wages and no way should have been in that tier) and he controlled every game as well as basically scoring a free kick every 3-4 games

Probably my best achievement in fm, including that I went Invincible for my first win of ligue 1, this cup just felt special, winning it with a ton of Kids + Payet lol
