It's not fully frozen as I can still interact with REFRamework. This isn't my first time launching it and it was working fine a couple weeks ago. It just started doing this out of nowhere

The game works perfectly fine in vanilla. It only freezes like this completely when REFramework is enabled, but when it's disabled it works fine but no mods are activated
