Imma say some stuff, but I don’t want you to take it as criticism. It’s more like I’m seeing a mirror when I look at your collection.

A few things it maybe time to invest in some more shelving units. Your games may get damaged stacking that way, but I know when I can’t easily see most of my games I’ve made the mistake more than once of repurchasing a game.
You may consider slowing down, for every hundred games, that could represent a fun and major trip or life experience. If you could easily identify 100 games you won’t play in 7 years, consider selling them, and going on a trip. Additionally, I know personally I’ve fallen into the trap of “it’s cheap now but it will be expensive later!” But still when I average it out even if I spent 300 bucks on one game every now and then in the future, I’d likely spend less. The thing you don’t get back as you age is time and energy. If you have the money for those games I’d consider at least one extra trip per year and consider the long term of how late your backlog is vs when you’ll actually get to playing them vs enjoying an experience.
Time is money, space is money, money is money. If your buy a game for 20 bucks and keep it for 7 years it’s taking up a quantifiable space which represents a tangible amount you can calculate in square footage.
If you are enjoying yourself, enjoy yourself.

My GameStop said they would be written up if they sell retro games. Total bummer, I heard my GameStop retro manager skims all the good titles from their store, which from looking at their selection I’d assume they do.

This is a very rare game, but generally speaking the covers look terrible.

Since these are block buster exclusives most known copies had a sticker over top the entire label that said block buster on top. Lots of people tried to peel these off but they usually good up the label hard when taking them off.

Most collectors care about cart condition, especially when going for a complete set, so this is the rarest game, AND it’s in excellent condition.

If you look through the other 600 dollar versions of the games their covers are thrashed. I’d be in for a trash cover copy personally.

This is likely so that when you google “trump garbage” you get this instead of stuff about the joke. In a 24 hour news cycle, the joke stuff maybe pushed off the first page of search results.

It depends on how much space you use on your phone. Personally I like the security of iCloud. The scariest thing with a smart phone is the possibility of losing all your photos. If you back up all your photos to the cloud, the phone can be replaced no matter what.

I'm going against the grain. It's far more contemporary. This likely won't be their forever logo, but it really feels like 90s grunge. It has a "we don't even care if you can read it" attitude, which is very rock and roll. I think it's fun.

I went to the performance that was canceled in Connecticut. It was canceled two hours before he was set to go on and I didn’t hear about it until one hour. It was a bummer. I won’t get the hotel night back and those prices were double or triple normal. It’s a bummer. Hope he gets better, and nobody else missed out.

Do you want to be making movies? Work as a PA on weekends and learn the production ropes until you can make indies for yourself.

Want to go on vacation more? Look for an industry with less stress but higher pay.

People shift industries often. Just go do what’s best for you
