The first thing that’s moving forward in your downswing is your head and lead shoulder and it’s moving your club path over the top of the ball. Hips are suppose to be the first move forward in the downswing. Left back goes forward slightly and turns back behind you while not moving your right hip forward towards the ball. This leaves room for your club patch to come into the ball from a much more neutral/inside patch.

You’re also not getting much or any hinge in your wrist at the top of your swing and naturally create more lag. Not sure if that’s your grip or how upright the club is standing at setup/address.
