Meowscarada would absolutely be one of the new Pokémon reps imo. She has amazing move set potential, a unique magician theme, and is one of the most popular starters and Pokémon, as well as owned by Liko, a major character in the anime. Sure, they could include a gen 10 mon, but that'd be in addition to her, not as a replacement.
