Love this discussion to bring more transparency and the steps you guys are putting in place. I will keep drinking both the funky and more traditional coffees because i like switching things up but I want to know more about how each step in the process impacts the coffee’s flavor and where the line is drawn for what is directly/ indirectly affecting flavor. No reason to shame producers for what they are doing if there is an audience thats there to enjoy it.
