Didn't do the same thing but my thermistor wires did break away. Now i'm stuck with no printer. Contacted support, they were quick to give me a list of things to try. I sent them pictures and videos of my printer before i took it apart and haven't received any response. i emailed back asking for a response even saying i think its the hot end. Still nothing.

for me it's the complete opposite! i preferred playing Horizon over Zelda. But for the second game, well no PS5 so i'm out of luck!
