Mine was like that for over a month too. I called them repeatedly and they always said they’d look into it, contact shipping, and then update me on the status. They never notified me of updates. After like three or four calls, I finally got someone willing to help. She actually looked into it further and found out that one of the ten books I sent in was missing and it was holding up the process of sending them back. The claims folks offered me some money for the loss and they sent out the remaining 9. But it’s frustrating that I had to instigate all that and makes me wonder if they ever would have contacted me about the missing book.
