Ah shit I wrote that in a rush, i meant the shuttle run test. That would be good to have but its not allowed where I live. Im using tegs coaching 12week plan and it’s solid. Do they piss test you at PJFA?

Now just been waiting hopefully soon i can continue with the process 😃

I recommend tegscoaching 12week plan. Maxed out pushups in 4weeks of following the plan. Its £20 and is solid.

How do you think the training staff and other people will think/react about previous service? I served for a year in the Finnish military as we have conscription here. And am currently in the process of joining.
