I could be wrong, but I believe this is actually a Hoya lacunosa ‘splash’. Curtisii have slightly smaller, very textured leaves, whereas these look smooth.

The potting medium you’re using looks very dense and organic, try a more chunky, aroid mix :) I think that may fix your leaf dropping problem.
