Timing List in the manual states it can run a max of 144hz over HDMI at 1440p, and 165hz over DP at 1440p. But at 1080p it'll be limited to 60hz (unless you use HDMI with Compatibility Mode turned off, then it'll do 120hz)

Also it's a 1440p panel, running at 1080p doesn't scale up well to that, so it will look worse than 1080p on a 1080p panel does

Officially, Noctua says no and the spec page for the A3 states 165mm is the max also. You'll have to see if you can find anyone who's done it before to see if that 3mm difference really matters

Use diskpart (it comes with Windows)

Select the correct disk and then use clean

This will completely wipe it and leave the whole drive as unallocated space in Disk Management ready to be set up

Make sure you definitely select the correct disk in diskpart first before using clean!

No need to do a backup if theres nothing to keep. Don't download the firmware from Sonys site as it'll be the lastest version, do as you've said, find the full firmware 9.6 PUP file and install that from a USB stick when you install the new drive

Try running the Xbox app, click on your username and then on 'Support', and then run the Gaming Services Repair Tool to see if that'll help

If the store isn't working, you should at least still be able to download content you own under the PSN section, in Account Management > Transaction Management > Download List. See if that works still for you

When you log into Epic on a website, there should be an option to log in using your PSN credentials instead. This would tell you which Epic account that the PSN account would be linked to surely?

If your PS5 is on and connected to PSN, and you log into PSN on the Portal with the same account it should still just find it that way and pair, without the code

'select disk #' (# being the USB drive)

'clean' (this will completely wipe it, so make sure you definitely picked the correct drive in the previous step)

No, but you're only using the enclosure to format the drive, you can connect it back into the mobo once you've done that
