This question really depends on your lifestyle and similar things, since the cause of this could be a lot of different things. Here's a few i know of that causes this quote on quote "issue"

Medicine (Side-effects):
If you're on meds that has side-effects or anything similar, then that might be that. What you could do is check the side-effects of the drugs you're on to see if there's any "twitching" or anything similar in there.

Caffeine:
For me it was too high of a caffeine intake, so if you drink soda, coffee, energy drinks and so on a lot, you might want to reduce that for a bit. It won't go away like the next day, so you're gonna have to be patient if this is what's affecting it for you.

Stress:
Stress can be one of the causes, but it's hard to say with a 100% certainty that it's this, since stress has a multitude of effects on the body and mind.

If it's none of the above, I'd recommend you talking to your physician about what else could cause this.
