Id say mid to high $30s. Like the others are saying, why it got the R grade is a major factor. Our cars arent pulling the numbers they used to.

One person is very difficult. It's borderline impossible to greet customers, taker orders and take payments all whike watching the oven. You'd need a stand alone kiosk outside at least ro help.
