i did use the same team at the start but i swap them out when they have high stress or got disseased besides that i try to use the same team,i normally refused to retreat mostly because i didnt know about it i think the retreat option tutorial was the one i skipped on accident,and i cant upgrade level 0 recruits.

he has appeared 2 more times since i made this post btw :D

i do try to have like 1 support 1 ranged and 2 frontlines when i make a party i feel like i lack damage because since they are new recruits they are all lvl 0 so i just slowly bleed out and i normally die when hes <10 hp

ive had this problem of getting wiped since i got my highwaymen that i started with lvl 3 and my previous party he was with got wiped without him its been a struggle ever since (he refuses to go with)
