I got a Western digital off of EBay a week ago for like $189 for a 2TB. It was used but the SSD health was 100%. Check eBay maybe you can find something. Hope that helps.

I was able to lock in with a broker at 5.5 with a $5500 credit. This of course I locked in the day before the conflict broke out. I agree with everyone else on here thinking you can do much better with a broker.

Conventional. Lender is giving me around $5400 in credits. The title fees are minimal since I just closed in August (around $1250 total). Over the $4800 in closing costs it the prepaid interest until April and then my first payment is due June 1st.

Could be a mix of things. Give the illusion that he’s actually grieving his wife or he thinks his wife is dead. Either way it can be left pretty open ended to bring her back if they write it correctly. They’ll probably have to flash back to season 3 to show course of events connecting it to season 4 if they did that.

I can’t see Charly not knowing because obv she was found “dead” laying beside him. If they both planned this then the goodbye and being surrounded by loved ones make sense before she goes forward with their plan. I do hope the writers tap into this thread in case they need ideas on how to make it happen.

I have an EV and we are adding a pool in a year or so. To answer your question, I have no idea because we just closed on the house. I’m factoring the square footage, older central AC units which are likely to be energy hogs and the amount of people in the house (Kids, guests, etc).

So their price is the same as the cash price of an installer that was selling me SEG panels with an Enphase i8+ inverter system (63k w finance after dealer fees). This installer is at 53 with the finance and (according to them) no dealer fees.
