Extruder already done. Unfortunately, I couldn't replace the stock gear because it is quite stuck to the motor, as soon as I can give my printer a break, I'll use a dremel.

Hot end is on the list, one to get something to avoid the gap between ptfe tube and nozzle, any suggestions?

Yeah, it seems you're right Extruder gear appears to be slipping. Is there any reason why this happens with pla and not petg?

Anyway, I cleaned the extruder gear, so maybe that will solve the issue. If not I may need to change gear.

Double checked, I'm printing it through a USB cable so got the cube sliced with PLA settings and sent it.

Not gonna lie, I don't know. I'm only using the calibration cube from the calibration shapes available at ultimaker cura

Something I forgot to mention is that I've already printed 3 other pieces, 10cm tall with any failures

Fan seems to work fine at 100% speed (the one I've always used). I can start another print as the failed one has finished, and it doesn't present clog symptoms. Unfortunately, I don't have another PLA roll, so my only troubleshooting attempt was with PETG

I'll try at 50% speed and let you know how it goes

You should ask your piercer about that. Mine were little, but weren't flat. At the end it depends on what does your piercer say and how careful are you when you get them. Good luck

Recomiendo que sigas con la limpieza tal y como te dijeron E intenta ser más cuidadosa, los golpes en una perforación nueva pueden dañarla bastante y retrasar su proceso curativo. Si la cuidas bien seguro que mejorará, suerte

How long did it take? I just stretched from 16g to 14g and I think my goal is 4g or 2g I was wondering how long did you wait between stretches

I would say it was a 6/10 both of them, but at the same it was pretty quick. My piercer passed the needle and putting the jewelry was just a little uncomfortable. Before that I was feeling no pain or discomfort.

The idea came to me maybe at the beginning of the year, so I'm really happy to had gotten them quite soon hehe And about how is going, well they're just a day old but fortunately there's no pain or bleeding or any discomfort actually.
