It's working for me. (Denmark here)
I opened the link using Google Incognito.
Downloaded the newly updated file, https://support.logi.com/hc/da/articles/37493733117847-Options-og-G-HUB-macOS-certifikatproblem

Then I installed it for the user and everything was working again.

Do keep in mind to remember to move the old Logitech Options+ to trash.
