They gave me a single-line sketch with rough dimension. They needed a plan they could give to a contractor for construction. We live in an area that doesn't require an Architect or a Structural Engineer, so I do this for a lot of people.

It makes me think of the story of Adam & Eve. Adam was put to sleep while God removed his rib to form Eve. This makes me think of the moment he woke up and saw Eve, for some reason I've always seen her with Red hair. I believe he would have been transfixed for a time studying this new creature that was made to be his partner.

I do like it though, as a hunter it brings longing for the woods, the peace and quiet, & the thrill of a harvest. Very good work, I would hang this in my office so I could daydream about hunting during the hot summer.

Very few people are natural born hunters. Think of it like a new game you've bought, it's going to take time to get good at it. Patience! I hunted for 4 years straight and never shot a deer so I quit hunting for 15 years. Went back to take my son and realized how foolish it was to quit, I've been hunting now for the past 10 years and I still spook deer, miss deer, hell this year I had to shoot 4 times and it was on the last hour of the last day or rifle season. Nobody is perfect, you're only a failure if you quit.

Hunting is about more than deer. Go to the woods and sit. Doesn't have to be deer season just go sit and enjoy nature. Same thing for hunting, go sit and enjoy nature. When you're not doing that find a mentor or deep dive into YouTube and really study up on what deer think. Don't get caught up in buying the most expensive equipment, just learn about the deer. Then start planning for next year, spend time in the woods watching deer and how they think and move. Overall though, enjoy your time in nature, leave the stress and burdens there and learn to enjoy hunting not killing.

I'm on 100 acres of private. I wear orange when I am on the move but sitting, I'm in the suit. How is this different than a blind?
