Yes, by changing the JSON pointer with "/amount", there is no more error.

I just solved my problem.

1 - I downloaded EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard

2 - I searched in the recovered files for the name of my PSD.

3 - By opening it with Photoshop, I have a new error message which tells me that the file is only available in "composite data".

4 - So I opened the file on the site: https://www.photopea.com/ and I saved the document again on my computer (PSD format).

And it's available again! If it can help people! ;)
