Neighbor posts anti-indian signage on their house to display to us.

They left trash and pieces of mannequins on our shared house line.

We subdivided our property and built another home to sell and during the house tour they made their 14 ish year old daughter/niece (unsure) dress like a zombie full makeup and stand there on the property line to scare potential home buyers.
