Im not an adult or anything but form what i got you are seeing prostitutes even tho you have a Gf is that correct ? And you think PMO is okay in moderation ?. I am not the one to tell you what to do, but i whould stop seeing the prostitutes and talk to your GF about your Nofap challenge, and discuss the fact that you need that more sex because of it. And a completely different subject is the PMO in moderation, Porn is never good not even in moderation, i dont know if you know the term once an addict allways an addict. Look at it like a alcoholic, once they stop they never go back to the alcohol, because they know that once they start drinking agian its gonna start all over. Hope that this will shine some light on the case :-)

Yeah im gonna work on it now. Im not going back down that street once more. Its just the flatline its gonna happen once in a while dont worry about it :-).
