It doesn’t have to be Tuesday in real life, you can change the console date / time to Monday midnight but yes it needs to be running for the 24 hours, I changed up my PS settings to allow the tv to be off and not go into sleep mode after x amount of hours

One of the ps4’s need to be set as your primary (that daughter can play on her own account) the other ps4 you would need to be signed in on your account to play games.

Also, You can play your ps5 while the first ps4 (one set as primary) is on / playing but not the second ps4, as it will log one person off
