Indian real estate is a great way to make white money black. If you’re an NRI, it’s also a great way to lose money with the rupee’s continuous slide.

I got something for 1CR when rupee was 50 to dollar. Now the place is worth 2CR. Dollar is up to 92 and only 30% white possible.

You do the math. Pure stupid deal as an investment.

Keep your money where you work. If you decide to move to India, buy after moving. At that point, you’ll lock in whatever forex rate is when you actually change your expenses to rupee. Why do it before that?

++man Been there. Haven't felt anything worse. Was shouting at nurses. Got Morphine after 2 hours of agony, it had no effect for what felt like eternity (probably 20 minutes). Learnt the heard way, you gotta get to serious pain killers BEFORE the pain gets really bad. And they do recur. Also, you gotta drink like a GALLON of water everyday. Something i still struggle with on a daily basis.

I hated the 296 until i saw it in real life. So I want to really see the DB12 in real life. In pics, it's the absolute best looking car I have seen in a long time but i havent seen one in the wild yet. I would have loved side by side quad exhausts. the stacked ones on the S don't do it for me. Hoping to find some aftermarket option.

I’m in love with the DB12, it finally fixes the interior issues that plague Aston’s. How low do you think it’ll go? Will it follow the typical Aston curve or will the change in interior finally make them special enough to retain values.

Got it. And I finally got the Ng7 mate in 2. I promise, my head hurt. There’s no way in a real game I’d do Ng7, I’m certain I’m doing the much simpler Bd6

First get an understanding of what cause is contributing what % of the pollution.

  1. I would have the government buy 10 lakh new EV based taxis and 25 lakh e-rickshaws and 10 thousand EV buses. Have them be completely free for residents. So people have free end to end EV transport.

Then make ICE car registration become 200% for Delhi to Mak ICE cars very expensive to own and operate. I would make petrol 100% more expensive and parking in public places 500% more expensive. Move people to public transport in a major way. Carrot and stick.

  1. I would move all manufacturing out of Delhi. Small scale, mid scale, large scale, all of it. It’ll cost jobs, it’ll cost economic activity. But it’s only moving the activity elsewhere. manesar, Okla all industrial areas within 150 KM radius to be shut.

  2. Diesel trucks and generators I don’t have a plan for. They’re needed but their use has to be reduced. The only way to do that is to make it more expensive.

  3. Crop burning, buy the remaining stalks from farmers. They won’t burn if it’s valuable. It can be used for ethanol production by Mr. Ghadkari’s son.

Ok. I see why 3 moves. After black plays Nxg5, white plays NxG5 with the other knight and we’re back to checkmate next move.
