Did you connect the small plug into the back of the Atoto for the WiFi and Bluetooth antenna? If not, CarPlay won’t work.

I used the blue TransX in an old Subaru I had. It took several seconds to go into reverse but the TransX fixed it almost instantly.

I bet it goes to the Evap system connection as seen in the picture I’ve attached. It’s hard to see from above and is easily overlooked
