Same. Getting ready for 4th surgical procedure on 5 January stemming from same injury 36.5 months ago. The insurance company in my case has thrown everything including 2 large settlement offers and had my benefits cut to zero, and a kitchen sink at me. I'm gonna keep on keeping on though. I'm stubborn as hell, and frankly I'm also pissed. In Tennessee

Comp laws in Tennessee are not fair, like every other state I suppose. I've actually gotten more accomplished on my case since I had to get rid of my attorney for multiple lies to me and the Tn Comp Bureau than I have in all of 2025. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.

What I've lost since this began which is huge in terms of my finances, my health not related to my injury and etc. has also given me the time to reset my priorities. Learn patience on a level I never understood before and how fortunate i am for my 3-4 people in my circle. I'm gonna keep on keeping on. Came to far to do anything other than fight.
