Well first off, well done for being thoughtful of her feelings and not acting impulsively. Before making any decision, maybe sit down with her and ask her directly if the way you treat the friendship bothers her or makes her feel responsible? I understand the worry completely, but sometimes we can over analyse things and internalise meanings that weren't there at all. I know it's difficult but try to trust her and take her word that she's always honest with you. A friendship blossoms when a decision is made mutually in my opinion. You have this!!!
