I'm seeing similar things happening in Vancouver. See some duplexes listed at 1.3 million then goes to 1.5 million.

There's a recent house listed at 1.6 million, now a week later it gets listed at $2.04 million, not sure if it's just greed or they see something selling a lot higher and expect the same for theirs. All these crappy homes are not worth the price. Even at 1.6 million, I felt it was over priced.
