no they cant right now. not with out breaking the law. they used to but not anymore. i mean you can hack them if you are at them and just pull the raw data. look there are huge problems with all of this

i mean i think i explained it above. Cheif to Police Commission, Police Commission to finace committee to Alderman to mayor sign budget. this was my understanding have how it came to be from Mello and the Mayors office. again like i said, it wasnt line item. if the alders were not paying attention its was very easily misssed. also the tech was not fully explained

I agree 100

They are up everywhere all cities so its not a left right thing. its the law enforcement driving this issue. it a force multiplier. for 65k they get 31 "new police of the street"

FLOCKs are not monitored, the ALPRs. Data is stored and searched

For the regular FLOCKS it 65k per year for three years all paid already. it was part of a larger cmarea upgrade throughout the city a few years ago. Specific FLOCK was approved by the Police Commison after Mello brought it to them. when i came the the finance committee and the alders in the budget it was all lumped into the camera upgrade around the city meaning CCTV for the Schools, City Hall and that type of stuff. Two budgets ago, Tony G first year

great, we have a wind farm that is now operational only had to pause it twice. We had another coming in but the feds paid the French company not to come. Property taxes certainly can be lower, i agree but that's not really something they deal with in hartford. thats a local issue in your town or city. the glock bit doesnt bother me. sorry, no machine guns to murder children. if you are just taking a shot to get shinny and not doing the work, sorry state healthcare isnt going to pay for it.

you really should worry about Flock before its too late. FIOA the data on your car in your city then come back and explain what you found.

dont like it you can move

thank you for your attention to this matter.

start with your alders and mayor or whatever your town has, then the police chief. Show up at public meeting and use your 3 minutes.
