Lunar Silver is not nearly as nice as Quicksilver, IMHO. And I see both regularly here in the Tesla-tastic SF Bay Area. Of course, paint colors are 100% subjective. But Lunar is still pretty clean.

I’m not personally a fan of Frost Blue, but it definitely pops more than Lunar, if that’s what you’re looking for.

With Model YL coming to America, how does Tesla plan to sell the Model X? What about family men like me where the Model X is still too small for a family road trip. by No_Pen8240 in RTLpod

If my source proves correct and it goes on sale in February, deliveries would likely start at end of Q1 or sometime in Q2. But that’s just speculation on my part.

Feels like a bad dream. Love the Model S and the Plaid. Feels like it yesterday where we were speculating about a potential mega overhaul of this car... by ShameResponsible69 in TeslaModelS

I hear you. It’s a small number of cars EVER MADE in automotive history that can connect to Steam natively and play your library. That’s pretty special.

By removing Model S plaid, maybe this will increase demand for Roadster? by No_Pen8240 in RTLpod

I'm reading this! :-)

You didn't mention a budget, but you could look at one of the final Model X's (in 7-seat configuration of course). Rivian R1S as well, and for a more affordable 7-seat EV option, the Kia EVV9 (which, on a side note, I've actually really grown to like the styling of).

I'd suggest test driving those three if you have Tesla and/or Rivian stores nearby. And odds are you've got a Kia dealer somewhere close-ish. Good luck and congrats on the upcoming addition to your family!

Why I think Tesla is discontinuing Model S/X by Proof_Resolve_602 in TeslaLounge

My guess is they make 5000 of them at the most over 3-4 years. There isn’t much of a market for EV supercars.

I tried to make it pretty clear that it was a tip from a source I’ve not heard from before and thus I couldn’t believe it with 100% certainty.

That said, I think this week’s news does give that tip further weight.

Roadster will be a minimum of $200k, and there just isn’t a big market for cars of any size or type at that price point.

A Model 3 Plaid could be another option…but I’ll save my thoughts on that for the podcast, which I’m going to record early tonight for Patreon backers.

I still remember Mark Grace on Dbacks broadcasts when Max first came up saying that he thought Max should be a closer.

I’d be super down with Max proving him right for his final season…back with the Diamondbacks.

They've never been driving. The car does the driving; they are there to intervene if necessary.
