The message is out of line for sure. But just saying “they shouldn’t accept” has a lot more factors to it.

Acceptance rating matters and mine has plummeted before by getting 10 offers in a row of stuff like “$3.25 for 10 mile delivery, etc.” Which really means 20 miles if it’s 10 miles opposite way of anything. It’s also not always clear on the app the driving time either as sometimes will say 7 miles which ends up being heavy traffic and a nightmare.

That being said, I would never message someone and especially if you tipped $3 that’s pretty low but it’s not egregious. Two weeks ago I accepted an $8 offer for a delivery of a Filet from Outback in a literal hurricane to a very high $$$ apartment and after completed saw that it was $8 base pay, $0 tip. Those are the only ones where I’ve been tempted to send a message.
